Thread: Patch 3.3 Housing Info

So we got more info on housing, good news is they are adding a lot more wards to the game. That said the dev's also stated that Housing prices would be "adjusted".

Who wants to bet Square is going to fuck over their players once again, and raise the prices of housing?

I can't really see them lowering house pricing (well maybe lower the medium and high?) so increasing seems like the only viable interpretation of "adjusting" the pricing

I know some friends who badly want their own house and have "only" kept 5 million ready because on my server houses are between 4 and 5 mil for a small. If it increases by much (what they can save from now until 3.3?) they're going to lose out again because houses will likely all be sold out again by the time they have the needed money again.

Yea if the price for medium housing goes up I'll be cancelling my Sub and going back to WoW. And even if in the future they were to lower prices once again I wouldn't bother coming back, it says a lot about the company that fucks it's players over.

I wish they'd say by how much they're raising the prices, so I can gauge just how much crafting I should be doing.

Depending on what server/data center you're on, and in this point in time the richer only got richer... so...

I'd be surprised if it doesn't get raised.

It really isn't THAT hard to make gil in this game, as long as you don't just blow it all on stupid crap. I'd be surprised if they lower instead of raised prices.

Of course they going to raise prices, they not going to lower the prices. It pretty much a band aid fix to keep people from buying up plots just to resell cause it the prices are high enough it won't be worth and and only the people that really want a house will fork out the gil to buy one.
