10 million to get a house? Not on balmung unless you getting a small house cause if it like expected those houses won't be around long enough to depreciate to the minimum pricing .

People were complaining about possible rising of prices when was announced SE was making adjustments, people complain now about them not doing that but instead lowering them. From SE's point of view I imagine they feel like they can't win with their players. The real problem is the amount of plots though not the price overall, even if they did raise the prices it wouldn't change much just like the reclamation of houses also will not change much, the increasing of plot amount substantially does more to help than either of those two things but SE seems to be taking it very slowly in how much additional plots they add. By 2216 we might have enough plots for each player to potentially own their own houses at this rate as long as the amount of subscribers doesn't go up very much...
