GCD timer is to high for melee and ranged physical dps.

many jobs rely on the GCD timer to weave OGCD skills into their rotation, its one of the reasons that I hate that they made BRD a caster, because it breaks the flow of this weaving. Something tells me that if this is your view of melee jobs, then you aren't playing those jobs correctly.

Hmm, I play BRD and love the cast bar. I found it flowed a lot better than before. Just my opinion though.
