Parsers wouldn't only be abused by elitist players. Do you know how many bad tanks would blame you for low numbers because you were busy surviving because the tank doesn't know how to flash? Bad or good players will start fights if they can see actual proof regardless of situation. Void arc would be a nightmare.

Parsers are a terrible idea. I want this game to actually succeed, not die.
