New alt static forming, looking for NIN(MCH)/SCH/WAR/DRK for this tier and 3.4+

New static forming on Cactuar server looking for exceptional players to form a static with. We are looking to clear content quickly while catering to people's schedules.
We all have A8S kill exp exception for one.

We are currently looking for a players with a deep knowledge of Ninja / Scholar / Warrior / Dark Knight to complete our composition. Will also consider a MCH depending on the current situation and expertise.

We are looking for players with the ability :

• Pick up mechanics very quickly
• Able to take constructive criticism
• Adapt to situations quickly
• Communicate with the team
• Motivation for self-improvement
• Able to "do the damages"

Our raid time is still in discussion but it will primarily after/at 9 est running at least 2-3 lockouts for prog floors for 3 days a week. If you're interested please PM me for more details and/or information for yourself if you are interested.

We are not primarily looking for players who are on a8s, but players who think they are very strong candiate and are willing express their prowress in another environment then we will consider those players.

FFLOGS + VODS is a big plus if you want to join though not required. If you don't think you have the information/experience to show, we are willing to try you out.
