Steps:
1. Was cleaning up my Quest log, going through and abandoning quests which I no longer felt were required, In which I accidently deleted “Soul Without Life”.
2. The next issue occurred when I picked the quest up again, I followed through the Story to go through to Mor Dhona then back to the Helix so that I could hand the quest in, to my surprise I was unable to actually do this as it was just showing a Red Tick over the Quest givers head not allowing me to continue.
3.I thought, Maybe I was on the wrong class picking it up, So I tried this on all my level 60’s and to the same outcome.
4.I then proceeded to think, Maybe it’s not recognised the fact I have crystals and then went to farm another crystal, which did not actually help as the system seemed to think I only had 1 Crystal at this point.
5. I have the following Crystals:
• 3x Luminous Wind Crystal
• 3x Luminous Earth Crystal
• 3x Luminous Lightning Crystal
• 8x Luminous Ice Crystal
• 4x Luminous Water Crystal
• 3x Luminous Fire Crystal

If anyone would be able to help to fix this issue i would greatly appreciate it as i put a lot of time in to collecting the Crystals and would prefer not to have to do it again.
Many thanks,
Ryan.
