World of Warcraft has this system down pretty good. Their solo queue arenas are solely for the purpose of helping noobs practice and to help undergeared pvpers get basic pvp gear. Then their arranged team arenas is where the real competition with real rewards is at. Why SE decided to do the exact opposite has me baffled.
