I'm glad I always meet nice GMs.
Knowing the support desk really supports players makes me feel safe.
The lack of good support in many other MMOs didn't let me enjoy those games fully.
But luckily Final Fantasy XIV is different; this is probably the main reason i've been playing for almost a year without ever getting tired of it.
You guys actually help FF14 have a good community and make everyone follow the rules while still being nice and professional, and without making exceptions or favoritism. So thank you for your hard work!
