[Suggestion] Personal Performance Rating after Duty

After seeing that most People don't try to improve their playstyle.. either because the don't care.. or don't notice how bad they are.. or my archenemys .. People who ignore everything.. because they think they are the greatest..

So my spouse came up with i really great idea..
why don't replace the Recommedations with a actual rating..
to avoid harassment.. it's a personal rating only.. which can't be seen by others

After a Duty via the Duty Finder..
everyone gets a rating.. from F to A and S
the rating is a combined value of the following points..
- Did Mechanics correct.. (didn't get hit be Confus etc)
- Damage output according to ilvl
- Damage taken (Avoided Avoidable Damage)
- Time to complete the duty
- Heals (Overheal)
- Deaths
think this are the Main points..

so at the end you get something like this.. C-D-B-A-C-B => B
so everyone can see for themself.. where they need to improve..
sure there are ones who blame there bad performance to the others.. but even those can't be as stubborn when they get 40 D's out of 50 dungeons.. so they need to improve..

but the Rating is only the half.. to put a carrot on the Stick..
the Rating had to have some value.. and also must hurt for performing bad..

First.. overall Tomestone rewards need to cut by 1/3 per default..
and than.. a C rating gives you only the default Reward
a B would increase tomestones by 15% and give you a recommendation
an A would increase tomestones by 30% and give you 2 recommendations
a S would increase tomestones by 50% and give you 3 recommendations
on the other side..
scoring a D or less would decrease tomestone rewards by 15%/40%/80%

that should be enough to get most People to improve.. for those who don't they will probably leave the game.. but thats only good for all others =)

While it's a nice idea, I don't think it'd be implementable, partially for trolls and rewards. But I like the rating part otherwise! I like knowing what I need to improve on.
