Well are they using this money to prop up the rest of the franchise? I don't know :s I'm so annoyed! I don't mind catchup items being available for newbies or people who just missed them, but this is just a smack in the face from a money seeking halibut

If you really want to help Square Enix out you'll pay for your monthly sub, buy a bennu mount or two, a Kupo Nut for me, fantasia every week and also buy lots of gems in Record Keeper, Kupo!
Kingdom Hearts III and Re: Final Fantasy VII take a lot of time and money!

I told you so.
ITT: People who have no idea how much it costs to run a project of this scale and make a profit out of it.
This is even more frustrating when you look at the amount of money thrown at Ffxv, with a film, anime, and 10 years in development hell. We (as the userbase to a completely different game) shouldn't be fixing that cash sinkhole
Here's another rub in the nose of those who are complaining about furniture on the mogstation. How many of you actually have a house to put this stuff in? I have a company room, but I don't have a house. Company rooms only have 50 slots to decorate with and I've near filled them all with just my Twin Adder Branch Office design. I wouldn't know where to put any of those furnishings, anyway, they look so gaudy. But a house you could probably theme a floor or room around it, but that hinges on actually having a house. Don't have a house? Then why are you complaining? These furnishings literally don't impact you at all. This is the point of the 'whatever' crowd. It's something that's optional to something that, itself, is optional. Put the table back down.
Please, do enlighten us as the costs of this kind of operation or what that has to do with the current discussion as to whether the inclusion of things such as this to the store is morally correct or value for money.
I really feel like these are way over the top for a subscription based game. It would be ok if these were a bonus attached to a physical item (like the carbuncle plushies) or something. But $15 is a whole month of game time. I mean come on, Fallout 4's Automation was $10, and that included a whole boatload of content. The map pack DLC for CoD was $15. To charge $15 for a lamp is just insane. And in the end, is this money being used for this game or being channelled into FFXV and KH3?
The tiniest lala.
I really, really hope FFXV succeeds and that a lot of the profits are pumped into FFXIV's development as we move forward.
