    Why would botters getting afraid of ilvl requirements when they have money to burn to buy mats/crafted gear/npc gears? This does not seem to be a plausible case in entirely benefiting botters..

    So, we should reduce the cost ?

    Again, what purpose do such a feature would offer besides allowing to carry undergeared character ?
    I see this already, finish 3.0 storyline naked, then you'll be rushed through Gordias and Midas by seven people to jump right past ilvl200. And some FC will make millions by selling those kind of run.
