Can we please have heavier penalties on people that leave the dungeon before 15mins?

I've been running into tanks that have been leaving even before everyone loaded into the dungeon in the low level runs, and because of the 15 minute wait before the vote abandon and the fact that no one wants to be locked out of duty finder for 30 mins we're stuck having to either wait for another tank or wait the 15 mins out. Can any of the following be applied please:

-Have heavier penalties on people that leave before the 15mins (1 hour boot from DF)

-Enable the ability to invite friends/FC members to your dungeon only if they match the level and missing role for the dungeon.

-Remove the 15min wait for vote abandon if 3 or less people are left in the dungeon.

Note that you only get the 30 min penalty if you are the first person to leave, after that its free game for everyone else to leave and immediatly get back into que.

If the party is not full you can leave without penalty. The penalty only applies if you are the first one to leave, once someone leaves the penalty no longer applies for the rest of you if you leave.

Plus you can invite people from your fc by just asking them to join in progress. It's not that hard, you don't need any extra mechanics for that.

OR if the party fills up again before you leave.

The penalty is triggered by bailing on a full party, basically.

It doesn't always work out. Had occasions where a member of mine got queued up with a different group when they tried to join us.

There are actual in duty counters now, as of now there is literally no excuse for joining the wrong duty

You mean the little numbers next to each duty? I think that's only for the PF if people are looking to do specific runs.
