In-game GM Feedback

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but the in-game GM said it's fine to post in General Discussion forum, and that the mods will take care of it.

Actually I've been asked to leave a feedback many times before, but when I got here to the forum, I couldn't find a GM Feedback forum (Only Website Feedback, etc) so I haven't posted any. Sorry.

Today I've had a pleasure to contact [GM]Gm Tymriss (I didn't ask GM whether the feedback is meant to be directed to a specific GM or if it's for GMs in general, so please forgive me if I'm wrong and please remove the name if necessary) who was compassionate and extremely friendly, and was helpful in taking my GM report regarding disruptive alliance member in Void Ark.

In my experiences, in-game GMs are friendly and helpful, and are understanding toward me in the situations I've been through. Their calm manners and kind words help a lot in alleviating the anger and irritation caused by bad experience which had lead to the GM call. (And this specific GM was especially kind and very understanding.)

Some said that Support Desk and Report system is useless, but I would argue otherwise. They take this kind of matter seriously, and with players' help, we can make a better environment. I'm really glad that GMs are here for us and I thank you all for that. It is reassuring to know that GMs do care and are looking out for us in keeping the community a friendly one.
