Unlocking Advanced Chocobo Training Manuals

So apparently highest tier chocobo manuals (like Choco Cure III) can be bought with MGP after completing certain Challenge Races. Does anyone have a list of which skills are unlocked after which challenges? Having no luck getting a decent hereditary from covering permissions.

I don't have a list, but challenge 10 unlocked passive abilities like speedy recovery, challenge 12 unlocked the active abilities like choco cure.

It's worth noting that Head Start doesn't appear to have a training manual form; but it is pretty easy to get as it has only 1 rank; so you can try for it starting at rank 10.
