would it be possible to allow us to view gear these npcs have without being in that grand company? it is a major annoyance and would be a helpful quality of life improvement for the game, so people can view glamors from an npc

since you lock grand company swapping, i shouldn't have to change GC's just to check glamor if its something i potentially want or work towards

Agreed. The gear differences (primarily glamour differences) are one of the main distinctions between the different GCs. When someone is trying to choose which GC to join (either initially or if they're later considering changing GCs), it would be good to be able to look at the different options.
