    Dayum, I have just made similar thread to find out it already exists. Should have read more.

    So far I thought that the opposing team's rating is somehow average of my team's rating. OP proved me wrong. But even if it was perfect average, I would be against it.
    Having gold DPS but bronze healer when opposing team has bronze DPS and gold healer isn't even close to being a fair fight.
