Run Dungeons with NPCS like Solo Duties

I want to beg for the option to run all dungeons with a selection of NPC's the way many Heavensward solo duties and job quest duties are being done. Fighting alongside Aymeric, Alphinaud and Yugiri for example, or even the training grounds NPCs has been endless fun.

I have terrible anxiety over Duty Finder, and have experienced enough harassment.

It would be an awesome quest to recruit the right NPCs for different instances and choose your party wisely for the coming battles; with NPCs specializing in different types of runs and mechanics.

I would gladly pay for an expansion that included this. I am utterly in love with this game, but this pressure and stress detracts immensely from it and causes myself and others no end of grief; especially when trying to find learning parties is nearly impossible on the catch-up, stable parties, and people who won't take every botched move as a reason to attack.
