Read my edit. What I'm trying to get at is WAR is an essential tank to have in a raid composition, this is obviously a balancing flaw. Same goes for SCH. While WAR's have been stuck on WAR, PLD's have had the luxury of switching between PLD/DRK in raids with no detriment.
That's a pretty small reason to specifically want SAM tank. Especially when all classes should be able to raid.
