SAMURAI SHOWDOWN

If SAM is tank, we will be more balance on DF. If it is DPS, DPS will have problems again. There are too much DPS and too few tanks.

But, what I think is the 4.0 will put 1 tank, 1 DPS and 1 healer probably. So, will be very balanced here.

Sincerely, I think people who wants Samurai DPS, is people who paly as DPS or like more the DPS, and people who wants Samurai as tank, are people who like tanking and want keep being tanks. I think this is the maximun here. I include myself here. Major reason I want Samurai tank it is because I'm a tank.

I will add also, I think more suits tank than DPS. Two handed katana tank. Also, people say that they want a sword wielding DPS and the Samurai could be the best choice. Well. I think Red Mage is the perfect for that. Red Mages uses one hand swords. But I won't lie. I want Samurai tank not only because I think it suits more, but also, because I am Tank, and that's the class I was wanting since 2.0. Sincerely, I cannot imagine a Samurai as DPS.

On the other hand. During the development of Heavensward, Samurai was created alongside with Dark Knigh to be a tank. They finally choose Dark Knight to be the tank in 3.0.That's some kidn of hint about the Samurai role on the next expasion. Just a theory, of course.

Put two classes I think is... excesive. Well, It would be not the first, we have the arcanist in similar way (DPS or Healer). But still, I think this a bit... overcharge. If will be a Samurai class, wil lbe only one. Which will win, if DPS or tank... we will see on 4.0, or 5.0, or whenever they will add it.
