Steps:

When I got to LV 60, I was given the quest "In her Presence" by the Ninja NPC Oboro who tells me I have to pretend to doze off at two areas and kill the mobs that appear. It worked fine with the area behind the house where the mobs indeed appeared and I killed them. Now my issue is with the area in front of the house, where no matter how many times I try, and change my place around the area as well, no mobs appear. I've been trying since I got my quest two weeks ago and no avail.

Edit: I've tried abandonning the quest and redo it, and it turns the mobs still don't appear at the same spot.
