I think the player base has been a bit pampered and babied, so we need to strengthen the foundation before creating more difficult content.

I would accomplish this by adding an in game parser and gradually increasing the difficulty of dungeons and the 24 mans.

But I think the budget is a bit strained right now for all the things you suggested. I would love to see more of all content, but I think until more money gets funneled into the game, it's unlikely.
