    Haha that is pretty funny you wrote that in bottom caption because I would say yes I'd rather have my rank and be unable to play, then play with people way below my skill level or rank and repeated lose lol. I agree with most everything you posted though. Also merging the regional data centers would be a god send if they could somehow do it.

    Agreed. I'd rather have a long queue and a chance for a higher rating, which, last I checked, was the whole point of RANKED PvP... Than walk into super fast matches where 90% of them are losses.
