Per-garden patch FC rights

As we have per chest FC rights, would it be possible to allow FC leaders to set different rights (tend,, gather) on different gardens patches ?

I know this may prove a bit difficult, particularly to determine which patch is 1, 2 or 3, but it might be useful to allow all FC on some garden patches and restrict another to specific ranks (for example, for timing cross breeding properly)
