Penalised for another party member not clicking commence

This has happened to me in the past, but it's just happened again.

Trying to get into Aurum Vale as Ninja and the Duty Finder pops, I click commence as does the other DPS, healer, but not the tank. Timer runs to zero and it re groups me again with another party. Again on the checklist it showed the tank as not clicking commence, timer ran to zero, but this time it kicked me from the duty finder, so I queued again.

The same thing happened with the tank another two times, so I tried to queue again and it says that I've been penalised for 30 mins due to abandoning a duty

I definitely clicked commence on every time as it popped immediately.

That's strange, you shouldn't be getting penalizations because you're queing as a [full] (eg no players are being added through DF) preformed party.

How many people were you actually queueing with? Or more precisely, was the tank who wasn't pushing the button actually in your party already?

If someone in your party doesn't click the button AND it's not a full party (i.e. some people are coming from duty finder), everyone in the party gets the strike. 3 strikes and you get the 30 minute ban as you see. It might sound unfair that you get a strike because a party member made the mistake, but I think the incentive is because it then pressurises that person to change their behaviour because more people are on their back/upset with them for their temporary ban from PF because of them.
