Been doing some Pug leves against some Vile Gnats and they seem to have shock spikes, but since the patch they seem a little broken.

Every single hit you land on them stuns you for 4 seconds. Every single hit.
You punch them, 4 second stun, weaponskill 4 second stun. Counter attack, 4 second stun. It's not impossible to kill them and I'm not suggesting that, but what should be a 10 second fight (at most) drags out because you spend about 30 second stunned.

We all know shock spikes can occasionally stun but it shouldn't be 100% rate. This has never been an issue pre-1.19
