New player here: I've spent the last week as free trial, poking around servers & exploring starting areas. From what I can tell, Balmung looks like a good spot to enjoy a mix of everything.

At this point, I'm mostly soloing around exploring lore, mechanics & zones ... as I level up I'm looking to refresh my RP chops or doing group PvE.

Looking forward to this game. Huge FF fan in my youth, although I haven't played one since X. Also plenty of experience in MMOs, though not recently.

Is this still active? I've looked for the LS leaders but haven't found any online. I typically play between 5-10PM Central on weekdays, sporadically on weekends due to work.

It's hard to meet people w/a touch and go schedule. Somethin like this would be fun .
