Paladin suggestions

Would like some skills to have differing effects when you used in sword oath or shield oath.
Would also like shield lob to be usable on party members, but instead of dealing damage it can block the next incoming attack within 5 sec. The same way Captain American can shield teammates with his shield.

Uh, we already have a 'block an attack on a party member' - it's called 'Cover'. As for 'differing effects' for Sword and Shield Oaths, well, I presume you mean having some kind of stacked buff mechaninc like other Jobs/classes have. Personally I dislike this system and actually prefer GLA/PLD's relative simplicity - meaning I just have to concentrate on keeping hate purely on what ability I pop and not have to worry about stupid stack maintenance like WAR does.

But then, I'm probably kind of alone in this way of thinking.

Cover doesn't block, it assumes all of the damage. What I'm proposing is to mitigate for a party member, this would offer a means to trigger shield swipe when OT.

u already have divine vail. ask a sch to mitigate. thats what they good at :x
