    What's the deal with Ambidexterity?

"Focus on your off hand, increasing the chance of blocks while guarding."

Now that there's no actual 'guard' ability any more, what exactly is this skill doing?

Is it useless dead weight until 1.20 and the class ability revamp? That's -my- assumption, but a friend of mine hit GLA30 last night and was terribly confused.

It increases your chance to block.

It's like self-preservation, but as an active skill.

Interesting. Wonder why they couldn't have updated the text on the skill description to reflect that. XD

um it does state focus on your off hand increasing your chance to guard... >.> idk if your aware but guard also means block. thus it does state it very clearly.

"While guarding" used to mean a very specific thing - "while using the Guard action", which no longer exists.
