Game Server Error 3002 report.

Everyone,

We would like to apologize for the problems you are experiencing, and would like to let you know that we are investigating this matter further. However for our investigation, we will need further information from yourself, and others, who are receiving this ‘30002’ error. Please reply to this thread, providing answers to the following questions:
1) User Environment
1. – Operating System? (IE: WinXP, Vista, Win7, 32bit? 64bit?)
2. - Antivirus program? (IE: Windows Defender, AVG, etc)
3. – Internet Service Provider?
2) Exact Error Message
3) Frequency of 30002 Error?
4) What area were you in when the error occurred?
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc)
6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party)
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?
8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error?

The information provided will be helpful for the Development Team to find a resolution to this issue.

McAfee Internet Security
RCN ( 60 MBs/sec )

2) In game: "An Error has occured on the game server.
(30002)1319648863,23535399,5"

Out in Ver update: 11014 Version check failed.(2:20447,0)
Also out side :11024 Version check timed out. Please try again later.
(3:20455,10009,10019)

3)Not often up till right now(10/26/11 1:30PM EST- 2:39 PM EST), I cant even get game to open/run right

4)Iron Lake (Besaid)

5)EXP party southeast of camp

6)Was in a Full party mixed lvs from 42-47 I beleave

7)7 + Mobs

8)No the ver check screen freezes up + log in screen isnt working as well, and time out once I do get loged in. Side not all my other onlien games working. Outside of FF14 and even PoL(playonline) stoped working

EDIT: Not part of the FF14 but thought it might help:

PoL is not connecting on PC or my ps2s. SE as amited to useing same servers for FF14 and Pol/11 so it has something to do with them.
