Game Server Error 3002 report.

Everyone,

We would like to apologize for the problems you are experiencing, and would like to let you know that we are investigating this matter further. However for our investigation, we will need further information from yourself, and others, who are receiving this ‘30002’ error. Please reply to this thread, providing answers to the following questions:
1) User Environment
1. – Operating System? (IE: WinXP, Vista, Win7, 32bit? 64bit?)
2. - Antivirus program? (IE: Windows Defender, AVG, etc)
3. – Internet Service Provider?
2) Exact Error Message
3) Frequency of 30002 Error?
4) What area were you in when the error occurred?
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc)
6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party)
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?
8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error?

The information provided will be helpful for the Development Team to find a resolution to this issue.

McAfee Internet Security
RCN ( 60 MBs/sec )

2) In game: "An Error has occured on the game server.

Out in Ver update: 11014 Version check failed.(2:20447,0)
Also out side :11024 Version check timed out. Please try again later.
(3:20455,10009,10019)

3)Not often up till right now(10/26/11 1:30PM EST- 2:39 PM EST), I cant even get game to open/run right

4)Iron Lake (Besaid)

5)EXP party southeast of camp

6)Was in a Full party mixed lvs from 42-47 I beleave

7)7 + Mobs

8)No the ver check screen freezes up + log in screen isnt working as well, and time out once I do get loged in. Side not all my other onlien games working. Outside of FF14 and even PoL(playonline) stoped working

EDIT: Not part of the FF14 but thought it might help:

PoL is not connecting on PC or my ps2s. SE as amited to useing same servers for FF14 and Pol/11 so it has something to do with them.

at the Ver update when you 1st start game

Also getting:
11024 Version check timed out. Please try again later.

This exact issue has happened to me like 20 times today. Before, it's only happened like once maybe twice a day.

Also Friend reminded me to try connecting to PoL via ps2, which I could not. I know pol and ff14 are the same game but they amited to useign same servers for pol/14 so it has to be in them + adding this to my OP report

Same exact issue here. I haven't had any disconnect issues until today. Got booted twice and then couldn't log back in at all. Now the log in screen won't even load.

1) Win7 Home Premium
Windows Defender
RCN

3) Never until today, then about every 5 minutes until I could no longer log in.

4) Market Wards of Ul'dah

5) Goldsmith crafting

6) Solo

7) 1 other player crafting and a bunch of Retainers

8) I was able to log back in twice. I haven't been able to log in since the 3rd DC

Was able to log back in *right* after posting this... Will update if errors start again.

Looks like we have same ISP, maybe SE changes soemthign and RCN dosnt see the change and we loose conntion idk but i still feel its on SE end casue everything worked BUT SE games IE 14/11/PoL

Yeah, I wasn't having problems with anything else. I'm logged back in now. Was DC'ed once more with the same error but other than that I've been ok.
