    Unable to log into the game or mogstation due to a broken security token.

    Hi, I have a security token installed on my phone, but my phone's screen shattered and I am no longer able to access it. I need to remove the security but I am unable to log into the mog station.

    What should I do?

    I found the emergency removal page, but I do not have the password to remove it.
