Reason: It's stupid as hell. I'd rather deal with RNGesus than deal with the bad players that get carried.

The problem I have with it is the fact people can roll even when they have the card, to trade for MGP. I think if you have it already, it should be greed only.
I have the card before anyone jumps in.
The development team whenever it tries to make life easier for it's players:

This should also be how it's handled for the CT music, but...alas...

It's a good idea in theory. But it being alliance wide instead of per party, and this:
In comparison, for the untradeable Minions and mounts, you can't roll Need on them, so it doesn't make sense cards don't do the same.
It's really a one step forward, two steps back scenario.
The difference being that TT cards can be traded for MGP, while untradable minions can only be discarded...It's a good idea in theory. But it being alliance wide instead of per party, and this:

Anyway, there is a simple solution to OP's problem: 24man premade.
Echidina card is the only TT card that behaves like this. I'm almost convinced that this is actually an error/bug, although the fact that it hasn't been addressed tells me it's either low on the priority list of being fixed or it's actually intentional.
I kind of dislike that unless you just *know* you have the card that the system isn't going to tell you either. And who wants to wait while I piddle through my list of cards to try and find it when they are rolling? I don't go into void ark for cards so it's not like I was planning to win the roll.
I wonder how many of people roll thinking the system would just deny you if you already have the card. I mean, I have a TON of cards, probably 70% of the total cards out there, but it's been so long since I got many of them I forget which I have.
If the system can lock you out of getting more than one void ark loot a week, can't it lock you out of getting 2 of the same card? I know it doesn't but I'm not sure if everyone knows. It's not like we know what cards we have off top of our heads if we have like 90 of them.
I don't understand anyone saying this is a good idea or makes things easier. How is rolling against 24 other players (for something they may already have) easier than it just appearing in your inventory? This is one of the dumbest changes they've ever made as it was just completely pointless, and as Triple Triad is generally neglected by devs and not played by players, I can't see it being changed back.
