I rather believe in the lack of results rather than lack of skills. It's a bit difficult to explain for me but I could sum it up in this way: "I don't care if you say I'm bad or good, all we should care is about doing the objective"

Of course if I'm bad I always leave the team and never return, that's why I don't raid anymore in this game because I wasn't able to achieve the goals I set in my mind (I never killed t13, whether it was my fault, my team's fault, or everything else's fault it is irrelevant) and so I just retired from the raiding so that my bad play won't affect the others. I don't consider myself bad, or good, or neither: it's that I couldn't achieve my results and so I decided to retire from raiding, so that the chances for others are higher than mine.

I play several online games, including mobas, and the thing I hate the most is when people start saying bad things among each others, while they focus their typing skills into playing the game and win the match (or lose while trying: I'm fine with that). Infact I'm quite weird because I do not like being appreciated or even being told "you're good": I find that extremely underwhelming, silly and utterly pointless. And a lie.

This is just my thought but I'm sure i'm a very small minority. I'm not being a rude person or anything: this is my way of thought and if I fail at this, I move on and never return.
