Try not to let it get to you. I've seen people throw out insults to the entire team before the match is even over and the numbers are posted. It's true that some people are new, but it's unlikely that the ENTIRE team is at fault (and you are blameless for the loss). I can't tell you how many times I've heard people say, "You guys are awful," and then I look at the after action report and realize that the person throwing out the insults isn't exactly that impressive. I also love when my DPS partner (I play SMN) isn't very good at doing damage or following marks, yet somehow I get looped into the insults because we lost, EVEN IF I am doing more damage than anyone on any team. Haha. I'll never understand the keyboard rage. It's RNG. Yeah, it's frustrating when you get paired up with people who clearly aren't as good as you, but that's how this matchmaking system works.

If you are a NEW player: DO NOT LET THE INSULTS GET TO YOU. Try to learn from your mistakes, take advice from nice people, but don't let the rude people get to you. If you ever aren't sure of something, feel free to ask on the forums. People tend to be very helpful here.

Now for a fun memory that I think you all might appreciate: Back when Seal Rock first came out, I was running it pretty often. One time, I was in a match with a dude who was literally spamming commands for where to go, what to do, etc. Despite how annoying it was, it had us doing waaaaay better than any other team, and I didn't particularly mind it. But, people on our team decided to start arguing with him. After a lot of back and forth insults, people vote kicked the guy who was spamming commands... but after booting him out, no one took charge or gave commands. Our team fell behind and ended up losing because someone decided to start an argument and boot the leader out. It was really counter-intuitive.

Might I suggest learning Japanese and playing on an Oceania Data Center?
I've never even once heard a Japanese player say anything even close to these things to another player.

But "E" players on our Data Center? Yes, plenty of times. Their manners are so terrible.
I'm very close to unmarking the "E" on my DF list. Only reason it's on is because sometimes it's nice to speak English. That's kind of why I come to the forums...

Okay, I'm half joking about the learn Japanese part...but yeah I'm kind of half serious too.

this is inevitable for any game/mode where your personal rating is affected by things you have no control over, like who you're matched with. just accept it and teach people to harden up.

I still can't get into a Seph EX fight. Farms still happen and despite knowing the fight people won't invite me because I've never cleared it =/

I wanted to run it for two weapons but now that's not looking like it's happening. I haven't even been able to clear Thordan EX yet for the same reasons. Aside from my previous post, I do feel that elitism attitude is rampant. I'm patient with learning parties and progression - how else could we of cleared Coils and be able to run them seamlessly now for loot and rolls?

My patience works in the sense that if we wipe 30 times, it's not a big deal as long as we're learning.
My patience ends when we die twice and people who have a high sodium intake rage quits because the salt affecting that part of reasoning.

I could pay someone to run me thru the dungeons too - but where's the lesson to learn so that I can pass on to other players who want to do the same thing? Mainly my FC mates and friends.

the worst i got is today,
a gold healer and a gold dps making drama... for 3 games
the dps never stop to swiching the head on healer only, and tell to our healer he was bad when he was dead (off course if everyone is focusing healer...).
i tryed to switch the head but the dps din't care and continue to focus only the healer.
i got the same guys 3 times in a row and loose 70 points for a drama... and the game queue trolled me to make me queueing with the same guys 3 time in a raw...

More like teach people to party up and go premade >_>

Your teammates are "not" out of your control. People are just too lazy to organize a group and then complain about their teammates performance. I don't think that should be accepted, it's their own fault for queuing up solo in the first place after all.

Kuroiko, youre lucky you only got 3 games with him, I had him before you did and he kept telling the team to give up and he would afk in the middle after the first minute had passed, then at the end of the game he would proceed to insult all of his dps

yes for that i get you, you aren't winning if you give up...
put mark on the healer head all the match is messy anyway. (idk who was doing that ^^)
insulting players at end of match is not right, i won't tell he is right.
being so toxic and insulting players is realy useless, being so negative will not lead anyone to win, i am not against some yell if it's for advice, but not when it's useless like this.
i guess the best to do in that case is stop playing, and queueing later to not end with only all ruined games with insult and drama

Trolls will exist everywhere whether we like it or not. They get off on being a**hats to everyone. I've experienced it countless times in DF. Heck, one time in ST a tank and some others were being d*@^s to people in my alliance group so our entire group sat out on the final boss. The others struggled and I hope learned that its not hard to wait a few seconds for people with slow net. Sure we didn't accomplish much, but we felt good about standing up for fellow players. We shut the tank up and even got some compliments from other alliance members.

Personally I just ignore the trolls. They do it for attention, so simply put don't give it to them. If you show you aren't affected by their *** then they don't get to feel good :P
