That's what Free Companies are for. The term "static" is used to indicate raiding.

Yeah, that's one thing I'd like to do.

There's alot of dungeons and raids in this game. I feel like I'm missing out by not having a static to do them with.

Unfortunately, it will be very difficult to find that, but not impossible. Most statics that are forming or searching, are looking to complete current content. Most statics I know only do things like you're describing once they've cleared the current stuff and want to stay sharp and have some fun by going back to older stuff. You will have a very difficult time finding a static for strictly old content.
