Where to start?

Keep delirium on casters throughout the game if possible. -10% int is -10% int.

Learn other classes' burst set up to learn when to use arctic blast effectively.

Tar pit's main utility isn't in keeping yourself alive, but adding more pressure in your burst combo and helping to peel melee off your healer or a burst target.

Your burst combo relies a lot on off GCDs. BW > DA> HS > DP > SS > DA > PS > C&S. Replace DP with TP if you think you won't be needing it for peeling in the next 90 secs. Plunge adds some too.
