Trying to get some housing data

I'm really obsessed with having a house. I switched from a house-owning fc to one without house and am now desperatly trying to get one, or at least gather information about costs and such. I know the costs of an empty plot, but as we all know that's not gonna happen on a Legacy server, so I want to know how much people spend on / want for plots. So if anybody purchsed a plot from another player (i mean, gifted a player some gil and they coincidentally destroyed their house, nothing against the tos here, nope, not at all), could you be so kind and tell me how much you spent? I heard it can be about as much as the price of the plot itself, but I'd rather have some actual data on it.
And I know I misspelled the title I just noticed a split second too late.

Also I know buying it from another player is against the tos but we don't neet to pretend there's no way around it, right?

I think the size of the server determines how much plots are initially sold for, right?

Bought my plot back in Nov/Dec 2014 for about 1.3 mil. Small plot.
I've seen small plots open up recently starting at 2 mil, some mediums I think are around 8 mil. Lich gets the low prices because it's a small server.

I don't know about it being against the ToS, as I've seen it done very often in PF's on balmung. Here it is expected to be around 25 million gil for a small plot, and around 50 for med, and up to 80 for a large.
Prices are pretty stupid lol.

Wow, that's far more than I would've ever expected. I guess balmung is the server with the most people wanting houses, them being possible RP locations and stuff, and probably the one of the best populated servers overall.

New housing plots are coming in 3.3 (end of May maybe?). The cheapest small house on Moogle was ~3.4 mil on brand new plots. Small house permit also costs 0.5 mil.

A price for a house on balmung directly from the system is 5 million for small, 37 million for medium 87 million for large house for what system considers plot and from what I know Ragnarok would fall under this pricing also.

There been quite a few post here even seen post on reddit of people getting warnings on their account for selling plots in PF.
