Draconian potion 1 button macro (all nq mats)

Glad you like this macro Panderin. Fince also contributed to improving the macro as well so I have him/her (Sorry not sure) to thank as well.

Astral oil is more difficult than draconian potions so I doubt it can be put onto 1 button. If it could, it would require higher stats than the ones used in this macro too.

If you want, feel free to post the astral oil macro/s you use now & your stats before food or with food(have to tell me which food your're using) & I'll see if I can help improve it. It would be a macro over 2 buttons though but maybe I/others here can help improve it.

This is a great macro, I wonder if it can be modified to get us a 1 hit Astral Oil....ideas?

There's no bug with it, are you sure you have everything crossed classed that's used? If you mean Ingenuity II is in two lines, it's designed that way.

Excellent (or Good) condition a step early results in Brow > Ing II, normal condition gives Ing II > Blessing. That prevents your Blessing from ever landing on a Poor condition.

How? Great Strides goes poof when used, or if unused for 3 moves. In the section you indicate, the first GS goes poof immediately - when it is used with that Advanced Touch. The second one lasts until the second Advanced Touch, and goes poof when that AT is used.

Personally, I'm not a fan of macros while crafting, nor of using Great Strides so much, but given what the TC was trying to do, it is understandable that they did what they did.

An improved macro if you have the stats. Can be done without the use of food. Since this can be used on all lvl 59 items, it's also a decent 1 button macro for blue scrips.



Can alter to your liking e.g. if you don't have enough control but spare cp, you can change a "standard touch" to an "Adavanced touch "

If needed, Dagger Soup (22 control) can be bought for 415 gil from an NPC called "Mestonnaux" at "The jeweled Crozier" X:6.3, Y:9.9

Is there a possible solution for doing this even with lower craftsmanship? I really don't want to invest in melds when 3.3 is coming out soon just because I make potions for my raid group now and then. I have 827 craftsmanship, 790 control and 422 CP without food.

Might not be what you're looking for but good for crafting draconian potions of STR/DEX as they're easier to craft.



An improved macro over what you're using now.
Requires dagger soup (22 control), can be bought for 415 gil from an NPC called "Mestonnaux" at "Foundation - The jeweled Crozier" at co-ordinates X:6.3, Y:9.9.
Could still fail but a lower chance of it failing.



If you're willing to use a hq beet soup or nq beet soup + fc craftsmanship buff. Only need to worry about poor conditions then.

Edit: My old macro has 10 durability leftover because I could only fit 15 lines into the macro but theoretically I could do another RS in case one of them failed. Now correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the chance to complete higher when you need 2 out of 3 with an 80% success rate than it is when you need 2 out of 2 with a chance of 90%?
