Where are the craft command IV

It's crazy, I keep telling FC members to make use of the materia we have for crafters, gatherers and fighting classes, but I rarely see anyone use any of it or ask for it. So I tend to use it to try and get melded for 3 star. Members help with airship stuff but rarely ask for things in return. I just wish I could get sector 24 unlocked so I can get zu minions for them, but it's been insane. I send the airships to sector 21, and even include 22 just to be sure sometimes, and it still hasn't unlocked!

If you think IV materia is dificult to afford you are doing something wrong gilwise. V should be dificult but not impossible.

Full disclosure: I have 3 active characters, all have between 10 - 20M gil. I have no expensive hobbies like minion collecting.

Lol, three active characters and THEYRE the ones doing something wrong? Like going outside, apparently.


As for airship delegation, seeing I built all 4 solo (honestly I have more fun doing workshop crafts than normal, I've built 4 houses and 4 airships in my quest for level 60 all crafts), I have full control over what gets done with what comes back. I sell some, I keep some, and the rest goes to the FC chest.

It is when you are trying to overmeld pieces with it. I don't know what prices are like on your server, but on Gilgamesh Control IVs go between 280,000-320,000 each - CP IVs only slightly less. You can easily go through 10-20 pieces trying to overmeld if you have bad luck. That is potentially a LOT of wasted gil.

Exactly, it's similarly expensive on Leviathan and if you take the RNG % as gospel (we know it isn't) then theoretically your first over meld has approximately 3 in 5 chance of failure & it drops from there. If you work it out you could easily need 100 materia at 250k gil to ensure you melded fully - whether you meld or fail it doesn't matter because you still have to buy them. 25 Million gil is more than I've ever had & certainly not something I could justify spending on materia.

I'm so glad you have enough time to have three active characters. I was last physically able to get into Eorzea properly four days ago. Not everyone has limitless play time. As for V tier materia, they cost more than my small plot in Goblet did. I really don't want to even consider buying the extremely rare ones that appear.
