I have deployed many airships to areas 13 & 17. They both list craft competence III & IV and craft command III & IV. I am getting a lot of craft competence. Also getting a lot of craft cunning which is not even listed but NEVER any command. Are the sites I am reading wrong. Where are the craft command IV?
