Repeating server failure

Over the past couple of weeks I've experienced some vast issues remaining logged in.

(and now it happened again, just as I was creating this post..)

"An Error has occured on the game server.
(30002)1319625471,24178548,5"
several times a day. Temporarily kills my connection to the FFXIV game server and the forums.

Not so fun as it has a tendency to happen just as I start making expensive synths or begin a leve.

Name of NPC that your character was interacting with when the issue occurred.

numerous times over the past couple of weeks, although today (26/10 2011) reached a new peak with over 8 crashes in the past three hours.

Today it's been happening in Limsa Lominsa, Uldah and Halatali

Steps:
It happened once while I was crafting in Uldah in front of the crafting NPC. Then again twice while I was out in Halatali, doing fisher leves. Then immediately again as I managed to log back in. It also happened once while I was talking to N'nmulika, the class quest npc in Limsa Lominsa's fisher guild. It also happened a few other times when I wasn't doing anything, the connection just died, both ingame and on the SE forums (but not on the rest of the internet).

I got the following error message several times:
"An Error has occured on the game server.
(30002)1319625471,24178548,5"
