    Retainer deleveld from 50 to 29

    So, for some reason, my last post for this was put in 'resolved'. My issue is in no way resolved. I have sent many in game messages to the gms on all channels available, posted a few times, but still no ones contacted me back to even acknowledge my issue exists. Is this what's done here? A bug happens that knocks out time and effort then the affected player is simply ignored? I want someone to fix my issue. At least acknowledge it happened.

    I think I've been patient enough. Someone needs to get in contact with me. What's the point of support if their going to ignore you rather than help you? Or even acknowledge your problem exists?

    A gm has replied to me so I'm satisfied. My issue is not resolved but at least I know someone picked it up and it's not being ignored.
