Low Population Server Merges.

Many of the small populated servers keep getting smaller and smaller as tons of people leave and join big servers like Gilgamesh everyday.

Please implement a system that caps server populations and give big servers free transfers to low population servers.

I truly enjoy the server I've been on. Goblin has been a great community. It however has suffered hugely from server transfers. You hardly see more than 4-5 party finders during prime time, and towns almost feel ghostly.

I also cannot transfer because I've invested over 100m on my mansion, and I have a name that was banned after beta which can never be claimed or reclaimed.

Please merge the small dying servers together, or please cap big pop servers and give them free transfers off. I don't even want to play anymore due to the fact that logging on Goblin feels like logging into a ghost town.

I strongly advised you consider this heavily because I know I am not the only one that feels this way.

And for the people that enjoy playing on small quiet servers?

There are no benefits from playing on a small quiet server. The economy starts to crash, items become scarce, groups become impossible, content completion becomes slowed to a crawl. The only benefit from being on a small server is available housing. Which SE can easily fix by allowing housing to be sold or auctioned off by the player / adding new wards. If you wanted quiet as in not being social, just turn off all chat.

As a fellow Goblinite I 2nd this. I just came back to the game about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I've noticed that things are even more dead than when I quit in November of last year. It can also be harder to create learning parties because there's a lack of patience when people are trying to learn on our server.

This please. If the process was free and I was allowed to take my gil with me, I'd consider leaving. Thats the biggest complaint from a lot of people on big pop servers. I can see the people who want to raid going to the super raiding servers, but really if they opened up free transfers I think you'd see people start to trickle in.
