When do you use Dark Passenger?

Spam it all the time, apparently. But only couple with dark arts for multi targets... or if you need the mitigation from blind.

Regarding Dark Passenger, having to do DRK for raid straight as I finished leveling it to lvl60 (about 2 weeks since i have DRK at lvl60), I always have this error of using DA going into Souleater and have Dark Passenger up in between, effectively delaying Dark Passenger by a good 3-4 seconds.

As everyone has stated: Every single time it's off CD and the mana permits it.

On AoE mobs, it's part of my opener to establish threat.

On single target mobs, it's a part of my rotation when putting up Delirium on mobs. As I'm not DAing anything in that rotation, it's set for DP. It's too easy to not incorporate into your rotation and it's a chunk of damage for the mana that you can get back by either using DASE or activating one of your mana generators.

Really no reason why not to use it. Just be smart about it.
