We only have one type that anyone really cares about, and that's Lore which has a cap of 450 per week.

This pretty much.

I can easily deck out all my alt classes in eso stuff - but any further progression is pretty much weekly capped. So once I did my Midas/Capped lore, only reason to run content is for glamour or to help mates. And too many people don't ask if anyone wants to come along :<
