About "announcement channel" issue in China mainland server

Sorry about that I need to report this issue in FFXIV international forum, because I know that if I report straight from the China server feedback column, there will be no chance to pass this feedback message to the management group.

I am a player played both International and China mainland server cause I have a lot of friends in China server.
And these few days, that is one thing happen during the game-play, it make a lot of debate between players, here is the thing:
the official forum of China server (difference is this forum is separate from the game management group and it conduct by some players) conducted an activity that allows you spend some "forum points" (comes from reply or post new thread) to leave a message and the G.M will post this message through the announcement channel which is purple color text, it will let the whole world see this whatever you currently doing, total three times per message, half an hour per time.

This message let lots of players feel dissatisfied, but the conductor said that he was collect a lot of suggestions from players, which is a message group created by themselves and it only contain 200+ players inside the group. Because a lot of players complain, they have to cancel this event in the second day.
I don't understand why a forum and it's an official forum want to use this kind of tricks, just for some website popularity. And I also not sure is this agree by the management group and SE itself.

I love this game and lots of player in China love this game, we don't want this kind of group with low responsibility use these tricks lower down our interest. Hope SE can connect and discuss with them, give them some ban rules not to do these low ball events anymore.

I'm sorry about your issue. But it's probably not appropriate to bring your issues up with how the Chinese version of the game is managed on our forums - especially if SE does not manage the game. We are separate, and the chance of this thread resulting in anything is very slim.
