Really why the house so high price ???

How the players got a lot of gils bought a houses? How long does it save gils?
I hope if get faster get gils

I would take small house. Or room?

Sell everything you're not going to be using, level up gathering classes, level up crafting classes and you should get enough gil for at least a small house at the default price after a bit. If you're talking about buying from other players, that's way overpriced and you're not supposed to. Looking at your character's profile, you appear to be in a free company that has a house right now. As such you should have the ability to purchase a room in the house that you can decorate for 300,000 gil as long as the fc leader has set permissions allowing you to. Just be aware that any gil you spend on a room is not returned if you leave the free company, get kicked from the free company or if something happens to the FC house (no one enters for 45 days or it gets manually demolished by the free company leader).

A small house not really that much of gil if person crafts or gathers, when buying directly from system. If you don't craft or gather yea you going to have hard time making that much gil at least in a reasonable amount of time.

Also note that the pricing for houses was balanced for Free Companies, so if you divide the price by ~20 for a medium house and ~50 for a large house, you get the individual price that it would probably cost for a house. Unfortunately, buying a house as an individual does not warrant you a lower price since you share lots with Free Companies.

On the flip side, there is a feature to have your own room if you belong to a Free Company with a house. It's only 300,000 gil and is actually bigger than a small house.
