Need Help With Common Macros

The only macros I used was to change gear, change skills, and change traits. Now that skills and traits are saved per class, the only thing remaining is to change gear.

I was wondering, do you guys have some useful macros you recommend? Like a self heal macro, without necessarily scrolling to Cure or Sacrifice?

If you guys can share some of the macros you use most, I would greatly appreciate it.

What I use for self-healing is: /ac "Cure" <me>

Of course your can replace Cure with Cure II or whatever equivalent spell you have.

I have most of my abilities macroed in and use my main bar for my cure/raise spells. That way, I don't need to scroll around the different bars to use Soughspeak, etc. The cool thing is that all of them are "/ac".

I have stuff like....
/action "Sacrifice II" <st> : So I can cure anyone with this macro.

I also have...
/action "Roaming Soul" <me>
/action "Shock Spikes II" <st>
because I always use Roaming soul with SS when I buff my party.

If you have some set of spells that you always cast together, you might want to make 1 macro for it, for example Pro, Shell, SS, and Stoneskin. I would make sure I use syntax <st> for sub-target because that will make cursor pop up and let you choose for yourself when to execute the spell, just so your character and auto macro won't skip any spell (in case the casting of previous spell is not done, the nest one may get skipped when you try to cast.)

I even use /recast "Stoneskin II" before my Stoneskin macro so when, if, I try to use it before cooldown is done, I can see how long I have to wait.
