    issue with going into full screen since patch 3.26

    hello so i cant go into full screen anymore since patch 3.26, borderless windowed works but everytime i go into full screen game acts as if theres another window taking priority and i cant do anything it is exactly like my client is inactive only way i can do anything is if i have gamepad active while inactive same goes for sound etc i have also posted this in technical support area

    OS: Windows 10
    i7 950
    EVGA 980 SC ACX
    12 gb ram

    Are you using DX11 or DX9? If using DX11, I would try switching to DX9 and seeing if you have the issue. If the issue is with using DX9, I am not sure. Have not logged in today.
