    can't go in full screen

    hello so i cant go into full screen anymore since patch 3.26, borderless windowed works but everytime i go into full screen game acts as if theres another window taking priority and i cant do anything

    OS: Windows 10
    i7 950
    EVGA 980 SC ACX
    12 gb ram

    it is exactly like my client is inactive only way i can do anything is if i have gamepad active while inactive same goes for sound etc
